The minimum age to rent a car in Greece is 21. You must have a valid driver's license along with an ID or passport. If your license is non-EU or non-Roman, you must also have an International Driving Permit.

Non-Roman and non-EU licenses must also have an International Driving Permit.All major credit cards are accepted, as well as debit cards linked to Visa or Mastercard. We also accept cash and bank transfers.Cross-border rentals are not allowed. You can take your rental by ferry between the Greek islands, but you lose all on-board vehicle protections. Ask when you pick up your vehicle about other protection options. If you're going to spend your summer in Southern Crete, you won't want to miss some of its beautiful villages, such as Agia Galini and Matala.
